About the role

The International department sits within the Education Divison and produces, sells and markets educational content throughout the world. This role will be within the International Sales team, who are responsible for selling International curricula and English national curriculum content to schools using English as a medium of instruction.

The International Sales Support Coordinator aims to further sales of the International list globally, through training and developing our sales teams. They will play a key role liaising with sales, marketing and publishing teams.  Working with the Heads of Sales, the International Sales Support Coordinator will provide full sales support and administrative backup to the Educational Sales team for the ED-UK International Sales department;  enabling the sales teams and managers to carry out their roles effectively, and to assist in maximising efficiency and sales.

We are looking for a motivated, organised and assertive individual to join our International sales team. Based in Oxford, you will be supporting the sales teams with their promotional activity. Activities include sales reporting, coordinating customer enquries and cost management.  The role will also play a leading role in the planning of sales conferences.

This is a Fixed Term Contract of 51 weeks.

About you

You will need to have:

  • Experience of a support or administrative assistance to a team
  • Experience of a commercially focused role
  • Good level IT skills, including Word & Excel
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in booking conferences, events and travel arrangements


  • Working within a international team
  • Sales and/or marketing experience
  • Working as part of a team

Salary in the region of £18,000 - £21,000 depending on skills and experience
