About the role

We are looking to recruit a Primary Educational Sales Consultant to sell our highly regarded and successful range of publishing into primary schools. You will seek out sales leads by visiting primary schools and work collaboratively with teachers and other education professionals in order to gain a thorough understanding of current teaching practices. You will strive towards building a thriving partnership with your customers based on trust and offer them practical solutions through our range of products and resources.  

This role is term-time role, working 195 days per year, and the school holidays are your own. This role is a field based role and will require extensive travel and ideally the candidate will be based within the Greater Manchester area.

About you

Ideally based in Greater Manchester, you will need to demonstrate that you are driven, proactive, highly motivated, and able to work on your own initiative. You will have proven consultative sales, presentation, and networking skills, and be computer literate and have experience of working in a field based role.  

Extensive travel around the region is required and knowledge of the primary education market would be an advantage.
