About the role

The Digital Training Consultant will work with the field sales team, marketing, telemarketing and customer service to help deliver a digital support and training solution to Institutions in the UK. The aim is to educate Institutions using Oxford digital products and to ensure retention and acquisition targets are achieved.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver digital support across all Oxford digital platforms and training to UK Institutions, meeting their individual training needs and staff development.
  • Set up and deliver Oxford digital platform workshops/events to teaching communities or cluster groups (to support any cross curricular workshops run by Oxford Secondary)
  • Using platform analytics target customers with low/zero usage and offer support and training.
  • Deliver high standard webinar training to teachers in line with the UK digital strategy
  • Where appropriate upsell/cross sell Oxford digital subscriptions to institutions or feedback to the field sales team on Institutions looking to adopt digital products across any key stage.
  • Seek out digital opportunities within your set territory with lead technology schools, private tutors, local authority advisors and PGCE centres.

This is a home based role.


About you

To be considered for this role you will be ideally based in the West Midlands and able to travel around this area, along the M5 corridor and the west of England. The requirements are also:

Essential:

  • Be confident in a training environment
  • Be willing to travel
  • Have excellent communication skills; being able to adapt communication according to audience
  • Be a strong team player
  • Be able to work on your own initiative
  • Strong IT skills

Desirable:

  • Field sales experience
  • Training experience
