Various shift patterns available as below:

Post 1: 2 x 37 hours Sun 9-5 & Mon-Thurs 8.30am-4.30pm

Post 2: 2 x 37 hours Sat 9-5 & Mon-Thurs 9.30am-5.30pm

Post 3: 2 x 37 hours Mon-Fri 1pm-9pm

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our vision of creating homes and places where people want to live by managing and resolving customer complaints to a high standard and building trust along the way.

The Role:

  • Handling a large volume and variety of customer enquiries over the telephone and via email as part of the Customer Service Centre team
  • Providing excellent standards of customer care to our diverse base of tenants and leaseholders
  • Providing specialist and general advice on topics such as rents, repair appointments, and tenancy & estate management enquiries.
  • To participate in monitoring customer satisfaction, including involvement and participation in telephone surveys
  • To produce reports, schedules, correspondence, updating customer records and other information as required
  • Meeting company performance targets

The Customer Service Centre provides a comprehensive 24 hour / 365 days a year enquiry, information and advice service to tenants in relation to general housing matters including repairs, tenancy and estate management, rent payment and arrears.

Key information about the role:

For successful candidates there will be an initial training period of 6 weeks. This training period will be Monday to Friday on location at our Nottingham office during this period – this will be discussed on a 1-2-1 basis at interview/offer stage. 

Once the training period has been successfully completed the role currently offers hybrid working with a mix of our Loxley House office and home-based working. Please note this is subject to change in future and can be discussed further at the interview stage.
