37 hours per week based at Harvey road, Bilborough, Nottingham NG8 3BB

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will be working within Commercial Services to be a part of delivering a prestigious refurbishment project at the Arboretum. You will have excellent project management skills, with both an attention to detail and full understanding of delivering a multi-million-pound project.

You will have sole responsibility for undertaking direct management for two Site Managers and have experience of working in a direct labour organisation. As an experienced Project Manager you will enjoy the challenge of seeing a project from beginning to end, be able to use your effective planning skills to manage multiple projects and be able to manage conflicting demands and changing priorities. 

You are an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing and you will work closely with colleagues, undertaking direct management of staff and be able to develop effective relationships, working collaboratively to deliver the best results.

You will be an excellent communicator and will enjoy developing strong working relationships with both colleagues and external partners. This role will be working with a direct workforce as well as contractor workforces, and as such experience of working in this environment is essential.

You will assist the Management colleagues in the overall direction of planning, control, delivery and completion of specific projects or tasks. You will demonstrate an understanding of our Clients requirements and assist in meetings including taking and producing minutes. You will assist with compilation of contract documents for this project
