You will be responsible for leading on the delivery of construction contracts (both new build and refurbishment), from inception to completion/handover, for the Commercial Services team. Your commercial acumen and knowledge within construction, tendering, bid writing, and financial business modelling within a construction environment will all support you in achieving success within this position, as well as a thorough understanding of on-site health and safety. Having clear and confident communication skills, with a flexible approach to problem solving and providing excellent value for money solutions, will be key to your success.

Ideally, you will hold a relevant professional qualification, but more importantly you will have experience within a similar role and sharing our values is something we as a business prioritise.

In exchange you can expect a rewarding professional career where personal development is actively encouraged and supported.  We offer exceptional company benefits within a very people focused business environment as well as a modern working environment with a strong emphasis on work life balance.
