£35,444 to £38,237 per annum  plus generous annual leave entitlement and pension scheme

37 hours per week Based at Elmbridge, Bestwood Park, Nottingham NG5 5PF

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a committed individual to join our housing leadership team to deliver outstanding customer services to our tenants. We will need you to lead on delivering tenancy sustainment services, bringing together skills, knowledge, innovation and commitment to continuous improvement, whilst motivating and inspiring your team to deliver high customer satisfaction to our service users. 

Previous knowledge of welfare reform, the benefits system or experience of working within a support background will all be valuable knowledge that can be brought to this opportunity to assist you to make strategic and operational decisions to direct your team. 

You will have a proven track record in successfully partnering with external organisations, with the ability to create productive working relationships both internally and externally to promote a strong Rent First culture. We are always looking to recruit people who have good communication skills to allow us to promote complex information in a clear, concise fashion which will be key to success within this role.
