£25,951 to 27,668 per annum 37 Hours per week

Based in Nottingham

Do you have what it takes to make procurement work for us?

You will take responsibility for purchasing goods, services and works throughout the company, always complying with UK and European legislation, as well as Company standing orders. We will count on you to work with internal customers and suppliers to deliver the best deal on all goods and services, and to promote best practice. Sourcing suppliers through competitive tendering will be key, as well as monitoring and reviewing tenders, with an eye to continuous improvements. Our tenants and leaseholders are at the heart of everything we do, and we’ll look to you to encourage them to get involved.

Experienced in producing high quality tenders, including advertising through OJEU and familiar with relevant UK and EU legislation, you will have a background of managing product portfolios and contracts, and contributing to team and company strategies and plans. An excellent communicator able to fully involve stakeholders, you will bring the negotiation, project management, analytical and numerical skills needed to seal the deal. With a graduate diploma in Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, an equivalent qualification, or a substantial track record in the field, you will display a positive, fresh-thinking approach to your work, happy to embrace new ideas, and the strong customer focus needed to excel at this role.
