As a Support Worker – Team Leader you will lead a specialist team supporting an individual in their own home. You will be an instrumental part of this team and will receive outstanding clinical support, leadership and person-centred training.

Our clinical teams will develop recovery focus plans to inform the Support Workers’ contribution promoting a structured and meaningful week, enabling the individual to achieve their full potential. You will build strong and trusting working relationships and in this varied position you will support the individual to develop or regain life skills assisting participation in community life.

As a Support Worker – Team Leader you will lead your team, oversee the rota, assist with the development of recovery plans, reporting progress to the family. You will also spend time working as a Support Worker.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience as a Team Leader or Senior Support Worker within any of the following areas -  Recovery, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities or Autism, Complex Care, Outreach, Crisis and Forensic.

If you are a team player with leadership experience or a desire to develop, great communication skills, possess an NVQ/QCF 3 or willingness to complete the qualification with Gray Healthcare we’d love to hear from you. 

Every Team Leader will receive £19,656 per annum based on a 36 hour working week, this equates to £10.50 per hour paid weekly.
