The Company: Gray Healthcare is a specialist Private Complex Healthcare provider in the UK, who are seeking to recruit an experienced Lead Generator, based in Liverpool. Gray Healthcare has developed a dynamic new approach to supporting and managing individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours in the community. We offer highly individualised recovery focused care packages for service users who do not need the physical security of an inpatient facility but do require support caring for themselves in their own home.

The Role:

  • To grow the business by generating significant market opportunities through the delivery of a first-rate telemarketing and sales services support role.
  • To maximise the effectiveness of the business by producing high-quality leads/appointments and working as a team towards agreed set sales KPIs and meeting targets.
  • To provide a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner
  • Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the Business Development Managers within their specified regional territories.
  • Proactively follow up leads generated by the BDMs.
  • Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with contacts who are not already on the CRM database. Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business.
  • Work closely with the marketing/sales team to achieve sales objectives.
  • Attend Monthly meetings with the sales team to update information and discuss any issues.
  • Liaise effectively with all departments within Gray healthcare to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practice Ideas.

Required experience:

  • Whilst the role is focussed on sales, the need for professionalism and the ability to talk to Decision Makers at senior level is equally as key.
  • To engage with potential clients, fact find on their current Healthcare needs in terms of opportunities and potential referrals. This will help you to create a pipeline of prospects to be managed by the Sales team - typically, you will target Healthcare professionals and NHS Commissioning groups.
  • Must have experience of Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM)
  • The ability to meet and Exceed Sales targets.

The Person:

  • The right candidate must possess a positive can-do attitude.
  • Must be a motivated 'self-starter’ with a desire to succeed.
  • Must be pro-active and determined work well as part of a team.
