ABOUT US:

THE ROLE:

Proactively partner with the management teams acting as the first point of contact and trusted source of expertise for all People related activities.  Deliver high-quality People solutions and processes - workforce planning, talent and succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, induction, coaching, new venue opening and capability development.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE RELEVANT TO THE ROLE:

  • A progressive People thinker with outstanding communication skills, confidence, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to build strong relationships across the company – influencing, negotiating, and acting as a trusted advisor
  • A pragmatic and innovative approach to problem solving
  • The ability to facilitate change and culture initiatives
  • Ability to prioritise numerous, sometimes competing priorities
  • Positive outlook with a good degree of energy, resilience and a flexible attitude
  • Must have a full driving licence and own transport
  • Ideally CIPD Level 7, or an equivalent recognised qualification (or experience of working at a Business Partner or equivalent position in another organisation)
  • A solid understanding of employment law and experience in resolving complex employee relations cases
  • Experience of delivering high-quality People solutions in a variety of areas
  • Change management experience
  • Experience of using data to identify trends and metrics
  • Hospitality experience would be desirable
