The Role:

We have a vacancy for a Personal Assistant to support our Board of Directors in an executive capacity. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written, communication and organisational skills and the ability to maintain a realistic balance amongst multiple priorities. The Personal Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Requirements

We are looking for a standout individual who can build positive relationships within the organisation and beyond. Through frequent interactions with senior management across a range of functions, you will gain an excellent insight into the workings of the organisation. Previous experience of working in a similar role is desirable.  You will have a wide range of skills and take pride in the presentation and accuracy of your work. You will be pro- active with a high degree of initiative and the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure. You will be fully competent in using a wide variety of software packages. You will also have experience of implementing and maintaining procedures and administrative systems.
