The Role:

A great leader, you will coach and mentor our kitchen teams in all aspects of their role. Responsible for kitchens and teams, you will play a key part in the development, implementation, and execution of our food offering. Delivering the highest level of quality and consistency. whilst ensuring the standards of Health & Safety and Food Safety are always adhered to.

Skills & Experience Relevant to the Role:

  • Accomplished chef
  • Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality food with great attention to detail
  • Committed to driving high standards
  • Commercially aware with a proven track record of GP management
  • Knowledge of menu costing and compilation
  • Experience in rota management to maximise kitchen efficiency
  • Positive outlook with a good degree of energy, resilience, and a flexible attitude
  • Previous experience in a quality business
  • Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate
  • Full driving license would be advantageous
