THE ROLE:

Responsible for basic food preparation and cooking tasks under the supervision of a more senior Chef.  To support senior chefs to deliver exceptional food while supporting the communication of compliance requirements to all team members with regards to Health & Safety, Food Safety, and any other related legislative requirements.  To learn and understand how to carry out the basic functions of various sections of the kitchen.  

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE RELEVANT TO THE ROLE:

  • Attention to detail to deliver consistency across all dishes
  • Enthusiastic and committed to driving high standards
  • Highly organised and thrives being part of a team
  • Positive outlook with a good degree of energy, resilience, and a flexible attitude
  • Previous experience in a quality, high volume business would be advantageous
  • Full driving licence would be advantageous
