£30,000 per annum plus attractive benefits

We have a vacancy for a 2nd Head Chef in our stunning restaurant in Port Edgar Marina. Reporting to our Head Chef, you will support day to day operations in our kitchen ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times with respect to the quality of food and service levels.  You will also be responsible for running the pass and coordinating a full service from beginning to end.  This is a busy restaurant which is open 7 days a week so the ability to comfortably handle pace and pressure will be essential attributes in managing the volume and a sizeable Kitchen team.

You will be an experienced and creative chef who has operated at a senior level in a high volume, fast paced environment and possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
