About the role

BWB Consulting has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to be based in our Nottingham office.

The candidate will provide administrative support to the BBE Group, supporting the Group Administrators and Manager to deliver a high-quality service to both technical and administration staff across the group. A large part of the role will be to support with Business Development, bids and tenders, which will require regular travel to our Birmingham office.

Duties will include:

  • Posting news items on social media and the company’s intranet, regularly reviewing news items, ensuring our website content is up to date with current news stories and projects
  • Compilation and distribution of report documentation and presentations
  • Liaising with staff across the business for tenders, ensuring we meet strict deadlines
  • Assist with the maintenance of key account information
  • Assisting the Group Administrators and Manager in day to day tasks as required


About the team

Working as part of a small and friendly but busy administration team, we work to tight deadlines in maximising every opportunity for new business, working closely with key clients to help us to continue to grow into new sectors. Working on exciting projects which we deliver nationally, the administration team are key to ensuring we can produce high quality brochures and presentations to key clients.


About you

The ideal candidate will have skills and experience in the following areas:

  • An ability to prioritise tasks and manage own workload to meet deadlines where necessary, must be adaptable and flexible
